Maura's Mission

Maura’s Mission is a small charity working with two of the National Schools in Northern Malawi. We fund the school fees for a selection of the most academically gifted pupils from the poorest families in the area. We agree the number of pupils with our donor schools and the selected pupils receive Maura’s Mission scholarships.

Our aim is to maximise Maura’s Mission’s impact in three key areas.

To provide scholarships for a minimum of twenty pupils in each year at five boys and five girls boarding schools.

To widen the scope of pupil funding to provide bursaries for students in health care and education.

And increase the educational aspirations of girls and young women in Malawi.
