Craig Docking

Craig joined the Scotland Malawi Partnership in October 2019 as the Member Administrative Officer and is the first point of contact for members, responsible for handling member data and overseeing events admin.

Craig’s background is in membership services, having worked briefly with Volunteer Midlothian and then spending over six years with the Chartered Banker Institute.

While with the Institute, he was similarly the first point of contact and was responsible for a range of membership processes. He was closely involved with process improvements, using feedback to develop and enhance the membership experience. He is always on the lookout for new ways for members to get the most out their membership.

In his free time, Craig loves film and discovering new recipes and places to eat in Edinburgh.
