The African Link Committee at Lockerbie Academy launch digital fundraiser

SMP members, The African Link Committee at Lockerbie Academy, are on a mission to raise £2,000 for the Lockerbie Academy Scholarship Programme.

This programme is currently funding the secondary education of over 60 pupils who attend Thawale II Primary School in Malawi, Lockerbie Academy's partner school.

Usually the African Link Committee raise funds by holding coffee mornings and bake sales. However, current Covid-19 restrictions have made this impossible and their efforts have moved online.
