As we approach the final year of the SMP's ambitious 2014-17 Strategic Plan, we have set out a detailed operational plan outlining what the SMP will be doing to support our members in the final 14-months of this period. In keeping with our core values of transparency, accountability and being member-led, we have made this operational plan available on our website for members to feed in.

This plan sets out how we will meet all the various targets asked of our members in the 2014-17 Strategic Plan: outlining what we're doing, when, and which member of the SMP team is leading with this work.
As always, SMP members are invited to feed into our plans by contacting the relevant staff member (see legend at base of planner).
Over the coming months we will continue our member consultation for the SMP's 2017-20 Strategic Plan.
