Gender Equality Day

The day will highlight the impact the Scottish Government has had over the last decade championing gender equality, and discuss how Scotland can take forwards UN Global Goal 5: to 'achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls'.

The week of the 2-7th November will mark ten years since the Scottish Government signed the formal Cooperation Agreement with the Government of Malawi.

The Scottish Government have a series of events to mark the anniversary, many of which SMP members and the public are warmly invited to attend.

Thursday 5th November, 10.00 – 14.00: Gender Equality Day
