Following the successful Holyrood Scotland-Malawi debate earlier this month, on Monday 30th November Patrick Grady MP led a St Andrews Day adjournment debate in the House of Commons celebrating Scotland’s links with Malawi and marking the tenth anniversary of the Cooperation Agreement.
