About the event:

Registration is now open for our Online Schools Forum chaired by Sarah Niven, Gleniffer High School. The forum is a brilliant opportunity to hear more about support available to schools for their partnerships as well as to hear from practitioners from across Scotland with experience of partnership working. This forum is for anyone working in an educational setting in Scotland who is interested in finding out more about school partnerships between Scotland and Malawi.

Once you have registered for the event, a link and instructions will be sent to you a few days ahead of the Forum to allow you to join from your computer or mobile device.

We’re delighted to announce that we will be joined by:

  • Amy Currie - Alloway Primary School
  • Andy Tomison - The Community School of Auchterarder and Just Trading Scotland
  • Iain Fulton - Oban High School

The aims of the forum:

  • Provide information about the benefits of a school partnership and how to go about starting one,
  • Allow practitioners a space to share their experiences of partnership working,
  • Answer questions about school partnerships between Scotland and Malawi,
  • Give practitioners a chance to network with others working on similar ideas,
  • Share ideas for activities and best practice within partnerships,
  • Provide information of support available for schools with partnerships from the Scotland Malawi Partnership and others.
