Area of work in which I would like to gain work experience

Management, Project Manager or Business Adviser roles. These are roles I aspire to and which I feel will give me the opportunity to utilise my knowledge and skills in project management, research, and business analysis.  Working in these capacities will also help me to further and develop these skills on the job.

I have an honours degree in Business and am currently studying for a MBA in Business Administration finishing August 2019.

MBA in Business Administration (completing in August 2019).

Others skills/experience I already have

Project management, customer service adaptability/flexibility, decision making, critical thinking, problem-solving, ICT (accessing information, creating information, competent in using office application packages including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access and Outlook and also in internet usage).

Verbal and written communication, self-motivation, hardworking, teamworking, working co-operatively with others reviewing co-operative contribution, confident communicator skills.

I am an assertive person with a strong background in providing excellent customer service, meeting deadlines and working collaboratively with others which has led to a solid technical foundation. An excellent and effective communicator with the ability to build key relationships with colleagues, staff, and managers through a warm approach whilst sharing knowledge of the best practice.

A strong believer in building long term, sustainable relationships with customers in achieving mutually rewarding business results.

Currently looking for a role where existing skills can be utilised and new skills developed.

Work experience

Store Clerk

Stock management: monitoring, checking, locating and replenishing the company’s stock.

Ordering items for stores and monitoring stock levels in a timely manner.

Recording and accounting for stationery.

Dealing with queries from customers and other employees.

Chef assistant

Directly assisting with the success of the business by engaging and serving customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.

Cleaned dishes and did general cleaning of the restaurant while following health and safety guidelines and ensuring that the restaurant was tidy at all times.

Assisting the chef with food preparations and making sure the food is served to the required standards.

Receiving food delivery and monitoring the food while managing and locating stock, and replenish shelves.

Ensured that all areas were clean and tidy whilst executing the business' health and safety policies.

Support Worker

Monitoring medical conditions while aiding clients with daily tasks such as general mobility, shopping etc.

I took care of elderly and young people with personal needs by helping with feeding and clothing, building relationship, and providing emotional and social support.

Maintaining medical records and proving information and support the families of those within care.
