Photographic Exhibition - Killearn

We were delighted to host the inaugural event of our Scotland-wide exhibition tour. This friendly gathering brought together local and national champions of international development to celebrate the dignified, people-to-people partnerships between Scotland and Malawi—including those local to Killearn and surrounding areas.

Through evocative photographs contributed by SMP members and their Malawian partners, the exhibition showcased the vibrant connections between communities across Scotland and Malawi. Each image told a story of mutual respect, resilience, and shared purpose, highlighting incredible work across themes such as Education, Healthcare, and Climate Action.

As part of the SMP’s 20th anniversary celebrations, Anthu Pamodzi reflected the dynamic nature of our partnerships and celebrated the positive impact of global citizenship at an individual, family, and community level.

We were thrilled to have so many join us in recognising and supporting the thriving Malawi links in and around the Killearn area and throughout Scotland.
