UK time 12:00 – 13:30 Malawi time 13:00 – 14:30
Location Zoom & Facebook Live

Our latest Partnership Snapshot explored the impactful partnership between The Turing Trust and Computers for Enhanced Education Malawi, highlighting how they have been working together to improve access to digital education in Malawi.

This interactive session gave members the opportunity to meet Sylvester Mtumbuka, CEO of Computers for Enhanced Education (CEE) Malawi, James Turing, Founder and CEO and Stephanie Sharkey, Head of International Programmes at The Turing Trust. Together, they shared how their organisations collaborate to ensure that donated computers reach schools across Malawi and are effectively integrated into teaching and learning.

We heard how The Turing Trust collects, securely refurbishes, and prepares donated computers in the UK before shipping them to partner countries, extending the life of technology while supporting education.

From Malawi, CEE shared how they receive, distribute, install, and support the use of these computers in schools, working closely with teachers and communities to ensure the technology has a lasting impact on learners.
