Are you Malawian and coming to study in Scotland?

We hosted a friendly, online event designed to equip scholars with practical information and offer them the benefit of the experience of fellow Malawians who were studying in Scotland or who had already graduated. The session aimed to answer questions and provide reassurance to help new scholars settle in with confidence.

Participants had the chance to connect with fellow Malawians who were already studying here and meet Scots with a love of all things Malawi. They also met the Scotland Malawi Partnership, the Association of Malawians in Scotland, and the Malawi Scotland Partnership, with opportunities to ask questions and be signposted for further support.

They also discovered Scotland’s vibrant Malawian community and the many ways to get involved.
