The Tropical Health and Education Trust (THET) will be acting as the managing agent for the Health Partnership Scheme, a major new funding programme from the UK government’s Department for International Development.

The Health Partnership Scheme is a four-year programme that funds health partnerships to carry out training and capacity building projects in low-income countries. The Scheme also supports UK volunteering as part of health partnerships.

THET are holding a series of pre-proposal workshops related to this opportunity. These workshops are for UK health practitioners involved in health partnerships. Please note that the content of the workshop will be the same for each date.

Manchester – Saturday 6 August 2011, 11:00 – 17:00

Cardiff – Thursday 11 August 2011, 10:00 – 16:00

Glasgow – Monday 22 August 2011, 10:00 – 16:00

London – Tuesday 6 September, 10:00 – 16:00
