Open lecture with Mike Gondwe: 'How culture can impact on health in Malawi'

As the Education Coordinator of 'Museums of Malawi', Mr Gondwe is at the
centre of developing, planning and organizing public and school education programs for the Ministry of Tourism, Wildlife and Culture. He has extensive experience developing and delivering museum programs on outreach school and community programs. In this talk Mr Gondwe will be speaking about the Museums of Malawi's experience in making culture work for development. Specifically he will be talking about their recent
HIV/AIDS and malaria prevention rural outreach programmes, and how
expressive arts can combat poverty in Malawi.
