Membership of the Scotland Malawi Partnership falls into one of three categories. Full membership (for organisations) is split into two categories, depending on the organisations' total annual income. Associate membership (for individuals) is a separate category. Full members have voting rights at general meetings; associate members do not.

To apply for membership, an organisation (or an individual) should complete an application form and submit a copy of their latest accounts, where available, to the Scotland Malawi Partnership (info@scotland-malawipartnership.org). The application will then be considered by the Board of Directors. Once an application is accepted by the Board, the organisation or individual will become a member upon payment of their annual membership fee. Organisations or individuals joining part way through the subscription year (January - December) will pay the pro-rata proportion of the annual fee.

Membership fees have been set at the following rate:

* Total income is based on the annual total income of member organisations in their last completed accounts (following Scottish accounts if available; if not, UK accounts). If available, please enclose a copy of these accounts.
